Bangkok, though, is a rejuvenating tonic; the people seem to have found the magic elixir. Life, a visitor feels, has not been wasted on the Thais.
— Bernard Kalb from the New York Times in 1961

Thailand is a magical place. From its dramatic, lush green mountains in the north to its tropical island paradises in the south, Thailand has it all. I've traveled to this diverse country several times over the years and each time I visit I come away with a new understanding and appreciation of its spirit.  Thailand, while ever evolving, is a place I'll go back to again and again.
